What's the catch?

It’s very simple: you pay a fixed amount at the entrance. This is the restaurant’s profit. After all, the prices listed in the menu equal the cost price of each dish.

It turns out to be much cheaper than in any other catering establishment. And most importantly, it’s honest. Honest towards both the customer and the investor. A deal with transparent and understandable conditions.

  1. At the entrance, you pay a small amount. The cost depends on the time of day and the day of the week.
  2. You order dishes from the menu and enjoy your time. The amount in the menu is small because it only considers the real cost price of the dishes.
  3. You receive the bill. The amount in it is small because it only considers the real cost price of the dishes.

Menu at cost price

Usually, restaurants work with a markup of 200-300%. It is believed that the better the cuisine, service, and interior, the higher the price should be. We think this is wrong. Therefore, we fix the profit at the entrance.

And we price all the dishes in the menu at cost. Overall, it turns out to be much cheaper than in any other restaurant. Customers are often surprised. They are especially amazed by the cost of seafood dishes.

There is no catch in the TRUE PRICE system. The cost of products and preparation of the dish is calculated. No more, no less. And this amount is reflected in the menu.

Paid entrance to the restaurant

Initially, this may seem strange, unusual. The format is new not only for Ukraine but also for Europe as a whole. At the entrance, visitors pay a small amount. This is the restaurant’s profit. Customers understand how much the establishment earns and how much the dishes really cost.

The price for entry depends on the time of day and the day of the week. The higher the flow of customers, the higher it is. But even on a Friday evening or a holiday, the entrance fee to the restaurant is a symbolic, unburdensome amount.

After paying the entrance fee, visitors receive a small bracelet. The kind used in nightclubs and other entertainment venues. So you can enter the restaurant without paying. For example, if you want to look at the interior or study the menu. But before taking your order, the waiter will check if you have a bracelet.

Quality food and expensive equipment in the kitchen

The key to the success of the TRUE PRICE format is high quality in everything. Only modern cuisine dishes prepared on professional-level equipment. The menu is designed so that visitors see familiar names alongside original recipes.

When working at cost price, there is no point in saving on raw materials. Therefore, the restaurant of honest prices uses the freshest products from trusted suppliers. Visitors are ready to pay as much as the dish actually costs. People understand perfectly well that fish, exotic seafood, and good pork cannot be very cheap.

TRUE PRICE is a modern restaurant with a large flow of visitors. To serve a large number of customers and quickly deliver any orders, modern equipment is necessary. Of course, such equipment is not cheap. But it pays off very quickly.

All TRUE PRICE restaurants have a large flow of customers. To serve such a number of people, coordinated teamwork of highly qualified specialists is required. By gathering the best people and providing them with the best equipment, the highest goals can be achieved.

 

Restaurant rules:

– When ordering additional dishes and drinks at the start of the next time interval, an entrance fee is charged per person. The restaurant’s working hours are from Monday to Sunday, 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM.

– The entrance fee is paid by each guest, with no age restrictions starting from children aged 5 and up. The entrance can be paid at the restaurant in cash or by card.

– A group of 7 (seven) or more people is considered a banquet, and a service charge of 10% will be added to the bill for such a group (even if seated at different tables).

– It is prohibited to bring any drinks (alcoholic or non-alcoholic) or food (regardless of packaging, even cake) into the restaurant for consumption.
